🇬🇧 We are pleased to announce the third edition of “Un quarto di cantine”.
An event dedicated to grapes and the opening of the wine cellars. It anticipates the traditional Grape Harvest and Cellars Festival, held on the last weekend of September.
The food and wine event will take place from 22 to 24 May 2026.
The setting will be the charming village of Giglio Castello.
It will be a unique opportunity to discover local traditions.
With tastings, music, and moments of conviviality.
A journey through tradition, wine, and music
You will be able to taste traditional dishes inside the ancient wine cellars.
These are spread throughout the narrow streets of the medieval village.
They were once the heart of Ansonaco wine production, the famous local wine.
Each cellar will offer a different speciality.
The food and wine route will feature both seafood and land-based dishes.
It will also include the traditional Giglio cavatelli pasta.
The route will end in the historic “Lombi” hall.
Here, a selection of desserts will be served.
The evenings will be animated by live music.
On Saturday night, the event will close with the traditional DJ set in Piazza Gloriosa with Megawatt.
