Following the great success of the event held in July, “Oh che bel Castello: Artisans on Display” returns on Tuesday, 4 August, from 7:30 pm onwards, for the second and final event of the series dedicated to promoting and celebrating Giglio Castello, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages.
The initiative will once again bring the main streets of the village to life with a journey through history, culture, craftsmanship and creativity, offering residents and visitors a special opportunity to discover the talent and passion of local artists and artisans.
This second edition will be even richer: the number of exhibition points along the route will increase, featuring paintings and artworks, a photographic show dedicated to images of the local area, creative handmade pieces, decoupage creations, and many other expressions of imagination and craftsmanship.
There will also be projects and initiatives aimed at promoting local traditions, including Slow Food Isola del Giglio, highlighting the deep connection between culture, the environment, agricultural products and knowledge passed down through generations.
“Oh che bel Castello” is an event created to celebrate the beauty of Giglio Castello, meet creative people and artisans, discover their stories and passions, and spend an evening immersed in the unique atmosphere of its streets.
